How Gratuity Is Calculated in Dubai
The gratuity calculation in Dubai is based on a straightforward formula, taking into account the employee's contract type and years of service. Employees are entitled to: 21 days of basic salary for each year of service (for 1 to 5 years). 30 days of basic salary for each year after 5 years of service
Limited Contract
For employees with limited contracts, gratuity is only applicable if the full contract term is completed. The amount is calculated based on the last salary drawn.
Unlimited Contract
